30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Flaré products. If you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return:
Contact us at flarecosmetics@hotmail.com to start a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and certain beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Customers:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as items are in the same condition as received.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. For delays over 15 business days, contact us at flarecosmetics@hotmail.com.
